Websites built by Theo

Two customer sites with their Google numbers, then fifteen demo sites for fifteen kinds of business, built the way Theo builds a customer's site. Look through them by industry, then build one like it: the first build is free and you see it before you decide.

What these sites are

Every site in the By industry section is a demo. Theo built each one to show what a site for that kind of business looks like when it is finished: the pages, the layout and the way it reads on a phone. Each demo card is labeled as one, and none of the demos belongs to a customer. Two customers, Buy My Lunch and 118 118 Money, are the exception, and their sites sit at the top of the page.

What to look for in each demo

The fifteen demos differ by what the site has to do first, and that is the thing to look for in each one.

  • Sites that need a phone call or a quote request first, the trades and local services: look at where the phone number sits, how the services are split, and how the service area is laid out. The plumber website page lists the pages a trade site needs.
  • Sites that must earn trust before the first conversation, in law, accounting, real estate and coaching: look at how the services, the credentials and the first step, a consultation or a call, are presented. The lawyer website page lists what a firm's site needs.
  • Sites that send people to book, in dental, med spa, yoga, barbering and veterinary care: look at how the services or classes, the hours and the booking link are placed, and notice that the booking itself happens in the practice's own tool. The dentist website page lists what a practice's site needs.
  • Sites where the menu, the hours and the reservation or ordering link are the whole job, the restaurant: look at how quickly a visitor reaches them.
  • Sites where the work or the subjects come first and the inquiry second, the photographer and the tutor: look at how the galleries or subject pages lead to the contact step.

How a Theo site is different from a template

There is no template behind any of these sites. Theo starts from the business, what it does, who it serves and where, and builds the pages from that, which is why the plumber and the med spa look nothing alike. Changes happen in chat rather than in a drag-and-drop editor: you type what you want moved, added or rewritten, and Theo makes the change. How Theo works walks through the build and the editing.

On Starter ($69.99 a month, free for the first 30 days) and Pro ($129.99), Theo keeps working after launch: new pages, posts and fixes every week, page speed work and submitting pages to Google through Search Console, using none of your chat credits. A demo shows day one; the ongoing work is what changes after.

Build one like this

If one of these sites is close to what you want, start a build, describe your business and name the pages you want; Theo builds from that. The first build is free, the first preview is usually ready in minutes, and you refine it in chat before anything goes live.

If you already have a site, run the free audit first. It checks traffic, rankings and search health and gives specific fixes, with no login, so you know where the site stands before you decide.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website like these cost?

Basic is $29.99 a month for the site and hosting; Starter is $69.99 a month, free for the first 30 days, and adds the ongoing SEO and growth work; Pro is $129.99 a month, with more room for bigger changes and read-only access to the site code. The first build is free before any of that. After it, the extras are top-up credits, a domain if you buy one through Theo, and the optional paid backlink packages in the Boost checklist.

How long does it take to get a site like one of these?

The first preview is usually ready in minutes. From there you refine it in chat and publish it. Connecting your own domain is the last step, and Theo walks you through it; the old site stays live until the domain changes over.

Who owns the site?

You do, along with everything on it. Theo hosts it. On Pro you can also open and copy the site code through GitHub, read-only.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time. There is no contract. On canceling you see the date the subscription ends, and you are free to copy the site and its images to another host.

Does Theo have templates?

No. Theo builds from your business rather than from a template. The demos on this page show the range of what comes out, and yours starts from your own services, photos and area.

Can I see live sites Theo built for real customers?

Yes, on request. Two customers, Buy My Lunch and 118 118 Money, agreed to be named and appear at the top of this page with their Google numbers; the rest of the sites here are demos. Ask through Contact Us with the kind of business you run, and the team shares live customer sites in that industry whose owners have agreed.

Can Theo build a site that looks like my current one?

Yes. Theo matches the look of an existing site from its URL, then builds the pages from your business. If you like how your current site looks but are not sure what it earns from search, the free audit shows that first.

What happens after the site is built?

On Basic, Theo hosts the site and you make changes in chat with your monthly credits. On Starter and Pro, Theo also does ongoing work to get the business found: new pages and posts, technical fixes, page speed, and submitting pages to Google. You see that work in the Growth tab and in weekly reports.
