Basic is $29.99 a month for the site, hosting, chat editing and online booking. Starter is $69.99 a month and adds the ongoing search work; it starts with a free trial. Pro is $129.99 a month with more credits, more weekly pages and posts, and read-only code access. Every plan is month to month.
The free trial is the Starter plan: the site, hosting, chat editing, online booking and the ongoing search work. The first build happens before any trial starts and costs nothing. You add a card at checkout and pay nothing that day; Starter then renews at $69.99 a month unless you cancel before the trial ends, and Theo emails you the date and amount first. The trial is for a website's first subscription, and Basic and Pro start billing at checkout.
Search traffic builds over months, not weeks. Google's own guidance on hiring an SEO puts the payoff at four months to a year. In the first 30 days, once your domain is connected and you have signed in with Google, expect the first new pages drafted for your review, found by Google through your sitemap once you publish them, and impressions starting to appear in Search Console; clicks follow as the pages move up. Basic has no search work, so this applies to Starter and Pro.
Credits pay for changes you ask Theo to make in chat: a copy edit uses a little, a new page more, a redesign the most. The ongoing growth work (new pages, posts, fixes, indexing) never uses credits. Your plan's monthly credits reset at each renewal and don't roll over. Top-up credits are used after them and never expire.

Yes, for appointments, on every plan. Ask Theo and it builds a booking page on your site from your services and hours, and clients get a confirmation, reminders and a link to move or cancel. Connect Stripe and each service can take a deposit or the full price when clients book, paid into your own Stripe account; without Stripe, clients pay at the visit. Stripe takes its fee out of each card payment, and the current rate is on Stripe's pricing page, stripe.com/pricing. Theo takes no cut. Booking is made for appointments, one client at a time, with one person; it doesn't book classes, events, tables or group sessions.
No contract. Cancel anytime; the confirmation shows when the subscription ends, and you can copy your site and images before then. You own the website and its content.
