Direct connection: Shopify and Wix
Products, prices and stock appear on your pages with a cart; payments, orders, inventory and shipping stay in the store. After a change, click Refresh my products; it uses no chat credits.

Keep your checkout: Etsy, WooCommerce, Square Online, Big Cartel and digital products
Your store stays where it is. Theo builds a storefront that links to your real listings, and buying happens on your store's platform; when you add products, ask in chat to refresh the storefront.
- Etsy: product pages and buy buttons that point at your listings; orders, reviews and fees stay on Etsy.
- WooCommerce: keeps its WordPress hosting; Theo runs the website in front of it.
- Square Online: your site links to Square for checkout.
- Big Cartel: a storefront that links to your shop.
- Gumroad, Payhip or PayPal: buy buttons that link to the product or payment page.
Google, pixels, your domain and code access
Once your domain is active, you connect Google with one click and Theo sets up Analytics and Search Console from there. The growth work on Starter ($69.99 a month, free for the first 30 days) and Pro ($129.99) switches on after the domain and both Google connections are in place. Connections are added over time; this page lists what is live.
- Google Analytics: set up from that one sign-in; traffic shows in your Analytics tab and, on Starter and Pro, in your weekly reports.
- Google Search Console: set up from the same sign-in; on Starter and Pro, Theo submits your pages to Google for indexing through it.
- Google Business Profile: the Boost checklist walks you through the listings that matter, including Bing Places and Yelp.
- Meta and TikTok pixels: set on the site; your ad accounts stay with Meta and TikTok.
- Your domain: connect one from any registrar or buy one inside Theo; your email records are left alone.
- GitHub code access (Pro): read-only, to browse and copy your site's code.
Tools Theo links to
Theo is the marketing website in front of the tools that run your day; the right button on the right page sends customers to the tool you already use.
- Jobber: a booking or quote link; jobs, scheduling and invoices stay in Jobber.
- Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan: the same link for a business that runs on either.
- Toast and OpenTable: ordering and reservation links for a restaurant; menus and tables stay in the tool.
- Calendly, Square Appointments, Acuity and Mindbody: a book-now link for appointments, classes and memberships.
- Eventbrite: ticket links for events; sales stay in Eventbrite.
Where checkout and bookings happen
Checkout runs in your store and bookings in your booking tool; Theo builds and grows the website in front of them. Theo does not process payments, run a member database, run bookings or write custom code. A link to a tool not named here is an ordinary edit you can ask for in chat.

Frequently asked questions
Do store or tool connections cost extra?
No. Store connections and tool links come with every plan; the paid extras are top-up credits, a domain if you buy it through Theo, and the optional backlink packages in the Boost checklist.
When do the Google connections switch on?
Once your domain is active, you sign in to Google with one click and Theo sets up Analytics and Search Console from there. The growth work starts after the domain and both connections are in place, so connect your domain early in the 30-day Starter trial.
What happens to my store and tools if I cancel?
Nothing changes in them; they were never moved into Theo. You can cancel anytime, and you can copy the site and images to move elsewhere.
Do I need Shopify or Wix to sell?
You need a store somewhere, because Theo does not process payments. Shopify and Wix connect with a cart on your site; the other stores work through links to their checkout.
