What Theo builds
Theo builds the website a homeowner finds first: the home page, a page for each service, pages for the towns you serve, your reviews, your license details and a contact page. Every page carries your phone number and a button that opens your Jobber page.
- Service pages for the jobs you want more of, such as water heaters, panel upgrades or deep cleans, and service-area pages for the towns you drive to.
- On Starter and Pro, work every week: keyword research, new pages and posts, speed and technical fixes, pages submitted to Google through Search Console, and work toward citations in ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews. It uses no chat credits and shows in the Growth tab.
What Jobber keeps doing
Nothing moves out of Jobber. Quotes, scheduling and dispatch, invoicing and payments stay where they are, and so do the requests customers send through the page Jobber gives you. Theo does not process payments, run bookings or hold customer records.

How the link works
Your Jobber account gives you a request or booking page of its own, at an address on Jobber. Theo puts buttons on your site that open it. The customer fills in the details on Jobber's page, not on your site, so Theo is never in the middle of a request.
- Copy the address of the request or booking page from your Jobber account.
- Paste it into the chat in your Theo website and say where the buttons go.
- Theo places them, you check the preview and publish. A small edit like this uses a little of your chat credits.
Jobber's website builder: what it does and where Theo fits
Jobber includes a website builder with every plan, and its plans start at $49 a month on Core billed monthly, as of September 2026. The builder works from pre-built templates, generates service pages, highlights your service areas and shows your customer reviews. That is the site at launch. Theo's work starts where that list ends: the new pages, posts and technical fixes that bring in search traffic afterwards.
Theo takes on the part the builder leaves to you: bringing in customers who have never heard of you. In Theo's audit of 5,974 small business websites, 39 percent of the 373 home services and trades sites with search data got an estimated zero visitors a month from Google search (The State of Small Business Websites 2026). A site changes that only if someone keeps working on it, and on Starter and Pro Theo does that every week. The work switches on once your domain and both Google connections are in place, so connecting your domain is the first thing to do once you publish.
The site is also yours. You own the site and everything on it, Theo hosts it, and you can copy the site and images to move elsewhere; Pro adds read-only access to the code on GitHub. There is no template: Theo can match the look of the site you have now from its address, and every later change is a sentence in chat. If you only want the website and hosting, Basic is $29.99 a month.

How much does a Theo website for a Jobber business cost?
Basic is $29.99 a month and covers the site and hosting, which is all the Jobber buttons need. Starter is $69.99 a month, free for the first 30 days, and adds the weekly search work; Pro is $129.99 with more credits and more pages each week. Jobber bills you for Jobber as before, and nothing on Theo's side changes that.
How long does it take?
Minutes for the first preview, and one chat message to place the Jobber buttons. The published site sits on a temporary address until your domain points at it, and if you have a site today it keeps answering until that moment, so there is no gap between the two.
Who owns the website?
You do. The service pages, the town pages, the reviews you add and the domain are all yours, and they stay yours if you leave. Theo hosts the site, and Pro adds read-only access to its code on GitHub. Your Jobber account was never part of it and stays with Jobber.
What happens if I cancel?
Nothing changes in Jobber, because the site only linked to it. There is no contract to run out: cancel whenever you like, the confirmation tells you the date the subscription ends, and before then you can copy the site and its images to host elsewhere.
Do customers book on my site or in Jobber?
In Jobber. The button on your site opens your Jobber page, the customer fills it in there, and Jobber handles the request.
I built my site with Jobber's website builder. Can Theo match it?
Yes. Give Theo the address and it drafts a site that matches the look, then you refine it in chat. Once Search Console is connected, the old addresses that still get traffic are redirected to the matching new pages.
Does Theo work with Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan the same way?
Yes. The site links to the booking or request page in whichever tool you use, and the tool keeps running the jobs.
